Translational Genomics Core

The Translational Genomics Core at the UConn Health Center offers a variety of genomic services to Health Center and UConn investigators and the broader research community. Services are provided for genomic studies including microarrays and sequencing to monitor gene and microRNA expression, genotyping, DNA methylation, ChIP-Chip and Chip-seq - to name a few.

We request that investigators acknowledge the UConn Health Center Translational Genomics Core in any publications that include data generated by the core. This is critical for continued institutional and grant support. In addition, please forward copies of all publications to Dr. E. Janet Hager at ehager@uchc.edu.
